If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

1.1 These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Services and any related offerings provided by the Company in connection with its conferences and events.
1.2 By accessing or using the Services, registering for a Conference, submitting a form, or clicking “I agree” (or a similar button), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

For purposes of this Agreement:
2.1 Website — inniches.com/s and any subdomains.
2.2 Services — the Website and all related services provided by the Company, including (without limitation) conference registration, delivery of access links, distribution of conference resources/materials (including speaker decks and recordings, if applicable), email communications, and optional networking features.
2.3 Conference / Event — any virtual, hybrid, or digital event hosted, promoted, organized, or administered by the Company through the Services.
2.4 User — any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
2.5 Partners — sponsors, co-hosts, media partners, and other third parties collaborating with the Company in connection with an Event. The list of Partners may be updated from time to time, including after a User’s registration, as the Company may add new Partners to expand the Event and attract additional participants.
2.6 User Content — any content or information submitted by the User through the Services, including registration form data, networking data (if opted in), messages, and survey responses.
2.7 Event Materials — any Conference-related materials made available through the Services, including (without limitation) slides, resources, links, recordings (if applicable), summaries, or follow-up communications.

3.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Services.
3.2 By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
3.3 If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind such entity, and references to “you” shall include such entity.

4.1 The Services are intended to support the Company’s conferences and event-related activities.
4.2 The Services may include (without limitation):
4.2.1 registration forms and access control;
4.2.2 event communications and logistical instructions;
4.2.3 distribution of Event Materials (including slides, speaker resources, recordings, links, etc., if applicable);
4.2.4 optional networking resources intended to facilitate professional introductions among participants.

4.3 The Company may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability.
4.4 The Company does not guarantee any particular outcome from participation in the Conference, including, without limitation, any business results, connections, deals, employment, partnerships, or other opportunities.

5.1 Certain portions of the Services may require registration or the submission of information.
5.2 You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update such information as necessary.
5.3 You agree not to submit false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5.4 The Company may, at its sole discretion, refuse registration or access, including for security, compliance, operational, or legal reasons.
5.5 If you do not wish to share certain personal or contact details, you may enter “N/A” or “0” in the corresponding registration form fields. Please note that certain fields may be required for event access, and leaving them blank or entering N/A may limit the Services available to you.

6.1 Certain Conferences, ticket types, or Services may be offered for a fee. Any applicable fees, payment terms, and refund/cancellation rules will be disclosed at the point of purchase/registration and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
6.2 Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. The Company does not store full payment card details.
6.3 Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, all fees are non-refundable.
6.4 The Company reserves the right to change pricing, offerings, and availability at any time.

7.1 The Company reserves the right to change the Conference format, agenda, speakers (including the list of speakers), timing, content, and delivery method, including without limitation due to availability, technical constraints, or operational needs.
7.2 The Company may cancel, postpone, or reschedule a Conference at its sole discretion. Where applicable, refund or credit policies (if any) shall be governed by the terms disclosed at the point of purchase and applicable law.
7.3 The Company shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide the Services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or platform outages, or governmental actions.

8.1 By registering for the Conference or otherwise submitting your email address, you acknowledge and agree that the Company may send you service-related communications, including: confirmations and access details; agenda updates, reminders, time-sensitive announcements; post-event resources, materials, and follow-ups; and operational notices related to the Services.
8.2 Such communications may be necessary to perform the Services and may be sent regardless of marketing preferences where permitted by law.
8.3 Marketing communications from the Company will be sent only where legally permitted and/or where the User has provided consent. The User may opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.
8.4 Co-Host, Sponsor, and Partner Marketing Communications. By registering for a Conference, you acknowledge and agree that Event Partners, Sponsors, and Co-Hosts (as defined in Section 2.5) may send you marketing and informational email communications, including newsletters, event invitations, and promotional materials. Current Event Partners include, but are not limited to: Accumulator Operations LLC (accumulator.co). This consent applies to all current Partners and co-hosts at the time of your registration, as well as any Partners and co-hosts added after your registration, as the Company may engage additional Partners to expand the Event and attract a greater number of participants. You may opt out of such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each email or by contacting the Company at maxpog@inniches.com.
8.5 Acknowledgment Regarding Future Partners. You understand and agree that the list of Partners and co-hosts is not fixed at the time of your registration and may change at any time. The Company may add new Partners after your registration for the purpose of enhancing the Event experience. By registering, you consent to the sharing of your registration data (as described in Section 9 and Part B of this Agreement) with such future Partners for the purposes described herein.

9.1 The Services may include optional networking functionality (e.g., attendee lists, community groups, curated introductions, shared spreadsheets, or similar resources).
9.2 If such functionality is provided, Users may be offered an opportunity to affirmatively opt in to share certain information for networking purposes.
9.3 If you opt in, you acknowledge and agree that certain information you provide (which may include name, company, role, LinkedIn link, email address, and/or other contact details) may be made available to other participants and/or shared with Partners, sponsors, co-hosts, or media partners, as described at the point of opt-in.
9.4 Public Availability of Data. You acknowledge and agree that if you provide contact information during registration (including but not limited to your LinkedIn profile, email address, or other contact details) and opt in to networking or contact sharing, such information may be published or made available in publicly accessible formats, including but not limited to: public attendee lists, social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn), community resources, and other promotional or networking materials. You should only provide contact information that you are comfortable making publicly available.
9.5 Option to Withhold Data. If you do not wish to share certain contact details or have concerns about public availability, you may enter “N/A” or “0” in optional registration form fields. Please be aware that some fields may be required for full participation in the Event.
9.6 If you do not opt in to networking, the Company will not intentionally disclose your personal contact details to other participants for networking purposes, except as otherwise required by law and as described in the Privacy Notice.
9.7 You acknowledge that networking involves interactions with third parties. The Company is not responsible for the conduct of participants or Partners, or for the content of any communications between Users.

10.1 You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
10.2 You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; transmit malware; engage in spamming; harass other Users; interfere with the Services or security; violate intellectual property rights; or misuse Event Materials.
10.3 The Company may suspend or terminate access for violations, at its sole discretion.

11.1 The Services and all related materials are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
11.2 The User receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for personal or internal business purposes in connection with Conference participation.
11.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Event Materials without prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by the Company in writing.
11.4 Any unauthorized recording, redistribution, or publication of Conference content (including recordings, streams, or materials) is prohibited.

12.1 The Services may reference or integrate third-party products or services (e.g., streaming platforms, social media, analytics, email tools, payment processors).
12.2 The Company does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their terms, policies, or practices.
12.3 The User’s use of any third-party service is subject to such third party’s terms.

13.1 The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
13.2 The Company makes no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and title.
13.3 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Services.

14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
14.2 In no event shall the aggregate liability of the Company exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

15.1 The collection and processing of personal data are governed by Part B — Privacy Notice, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

16.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of third-party rights.

17.1 The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, without notice, for violations, security risks, operational needs, or legal requirements.
17.2 Termination shall not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including (without limitation) Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute provisions.

18.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18.2 Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

19.1 The Company may update this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website and become effective upon posting.
19.2 If you do not agree with any changes, you may discontinue use of the Services and request deletion of your personal data as described in the Privacy Notice.

20.1 Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
20.2 No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
20.3 Assignment. The Company may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

21.2 We strive to respond to all legitimate requests within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that for security and verification purposes, we may require additional information to process your request.

1.1 This Privacy Notice describes how the Company collects, uses, stores, shares, transfers, and protects personal data in connection with the Services.
1.2 By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the processing described herein.

2.1 When you register for or otherwise use the Services in connection with our Conference, we collect and process personal data to provide, operate, administer, secure, and improve the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, the following categories:
2.1.1 Identity & Contact Information. Full name, email address, WhatsApp number and/or phone number (if provided), LinkedIn profile link (if provided).
2.1.2 Registration & Participation Information. Conference registration status, ticket type (if applicable), time of registration, preferences submitted via forms, and any information required to provide access to the Conference and related resources.
2.1.3 Professional Information. Company name, job title, professional role, industry, and other professional information you voluntarily provide.
2.1.4 Networking Information (Opt-in Only). If the Services offer optional networking features and you explicitly opt in, we may collect and process professional and/or contact details you choose to share for networking purposes, such as: name, company, role/title, LinkedIn link, email address, and other information you provide for attendee networking.
2.1.5 Usage & Technical Data. Device type, IP address, browser type/version, operating system, session logs, cookie identifiers, referral URLs, time zone (where relevant), and interaction patterns.
2.1.6 Additional Information. Any other information you voluntarily submit through forms, surveys, or communications with our team, including preferences, feedback, and questions.

2.2 This data is used solely to operate and administer the Conference, deliver communications, provide support, improve the Services, ensure security, and enable optional networking features where consent is provided.
2.3 You may contact us at maxpog@inniches.com at any time to access, update, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to our retention policies (see Section 7).

3.1 We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, based on the following legal grounds:
3.1.1 Performance of a Contract — Article 6(1)(b). We process data to fulfill our obligations under the agreement between you and the Company, including:

(a) processing Conference registrations;
(b) providing access to Conference sessions, materials, and resources (where applicable);
(c) sending service-related emails and communications (registration confirmations, access instructions, reminders, updates);
(d) responding to User requests and providing customer support;
(e) administering operational aspects of the Conference.

3.1.2 Legitimate Interests — Article 6(1)(f). We rely on our legitimate interests to operate, secure, and improve the Services, including:

(a) ensuring trust, safety, and fraud prevention;
(b) maintaining system security and preventing abuse;
(c) conducting analytics and measuring Website performance;
(d) improving user experience, event registration flows, and communications;
(e) maintaining internal operational records and enforcing Terms.

3.1.3 Consent — Article 6(1)(a). We request your consent before processing data for the following purposes:

(a) sending marketing communications and promotional materials (where required);
(b) sharing registration data with Partners and co-hosts for their own marketing communications, including newsletters (see Part A, Section 8.4);
(c) enabling optional networking/contact sharing features;
(d) using non-essential cookies and tracking technologies (e.g., analytics and marketing cookies, where required by law).

3.1.4 Legal Obligation — Article 6(1)(c). We may process your personal data to comply with applicable legal requirements, including:

(a) responding to lawful requests from public authorities, regulators, or courts;
(b) maintaining records required for tax, accounting, and corporate compliance (where applicable);
(c) protecting against legal claims and ensuring compliance with applicable law.

3.2 You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at maxpog@inniches.com without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

4.1 We use the data we collect for the following purposes:
4.1.1 To provide and operate the Services. Including Conference registration, access delivery, and distribution of materials and resources.
4.1.2 To communicate with Users. Including sending confirmations, reminders, logistical updates, technical instructions, and service-related announcements.
4.1.3 To provide customer support. Including responding to inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to registration or access.
4.1.4 To administer optional networking features (opt-in). Where offered and where the User has explicitly opted in, to facilitate community-building and professional introductions.
4.1.5 To monitor and improve the Services. Including analytics, performance measurement, usability improvements, and improvement of registration and communication flows.
4.1.6 To ensure trust, safety, and fraud prevention. Including detecting suspicious activity, protecting system integrity, and enforcing Terms.
4.1.7 For marketing purposes (where permitted). Including sending promotional communications only where legally permitted and/or where the User has opted in.
4.1.8 To share data with Partners, sponsors, and co-hosts. Including sharing registration data with current and future Event Partners and co-hosts for marketing and informational email communications, as described in Part A, Section 8.4–8.5.
4.1.9 To comply with legal obligations. Including responding to regulators, law enforcement, or court orders, and exercising or defending legal claims.

5.1 We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, in each case subject to appropriate safeguards, contractual obligations, and only as necessary for the operation of the Services:
5.1.1 Service Providers and Data Processors. Third-party vendors who support the Services (e.g., hosting providers, analytics providers, CRM/email tools, form tools, communication platforms), under data processing agreements that ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws.
5.1.2 Event Partners, Co-Hosts, Sponsors, and Media Partners. Your registration data (including name, company, role, and contact details you have provided) may be shared with current and future Event Partners, co-hosts, and media partners for the purposes of marketing communications, newsletters, networking, and Event promotion. By registering for the Conference, you consent to such sharing, including with Partners added after your registration (see Part A, Sections 8.4–8.5). If you have opted in to networking features, additional contact information may also be shared as described in Part A, Section 9.
5.1.3 Other Conference Participants (Opt-in Only). Where you have opted in to networking, your selected information may be made available to other participants, including in publicly accessible formats such as attendee lists or social media posts (see Part A, Section 9.4).
5.1.4 Regulators and Legal Authorities. Government agencies, courts, regulators, or law enforcement bodies, but only when we are legally required to comply with applicable laws, subpoenas, or legal proceedings.

5.2 We do not share your personal data for third-party advertising purposes. If any data is used in a commercial context—such as inclusion in a curated attendee list for an opted-in event—it will be done transparently and only with your prior consent.

6.1 Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ.
6.2 When transferring data from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other regions with data transfer restrictions, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data, including:

6.3 By using the Services and submitting your personal data, you acknowledge and agree to such transfers, processing, and storage outside of your jurisdiction, in accordance with this Agreement.

7.1 We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Agreement, including:
7.1.1 operating and improving the Services;
7.1.2 ensuring trust, safety, and fraud prevention;
7.1.3 providing User support and operational continuity;
7.1.4 maintaining legal and regulatory compliance;
7.1.5 exercising or defending legal claims.

7.2 Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, our standard retention periods are as follows:
7.2.1 Conference registration data (e.g., registration information, participation status): Retained for up to 36 months after the Conference for operational continuity, support, and recordkeeping.
7.2.2 Networking opt-in data (where applicable): Retained while relevant for the networking purpose and for up to 36 months, unless you withdraw consent or request deletion.
7.2.3 Analytics, session logs, and cookies: Retained for 12–36 months, depending on the use case (diagnostics, analytics, fraud prevention).
7.2.4 Email communication history and support tickets: Retained for up to 36 months to ensure customer service continuity and internal tracking.

7.3 Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting maxpog@inniches.com. We will review and process deletion requests, except where retention is required due to:
7.3.1 compliance with legal obligations;
7.3.2 fraud detection and prevention;
7.3.3 exercise or defense of legal claims;
7.3.4 legitimate business interests aligned with user expectations.

8.1 Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EU/EEA under GDPR, UK under UK GDPR), you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:
8.1.1 Access — request confirmation and obtain a copy of your personal data;
8.1.2 Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
8.1.3 Deletion — request deletion, subject to retention exceptions;
8.1.4 Restriction — request restriction of processing;
8.1.5 Objection — object to processing for direct marketing or based on legitimate interests;
8.1.6 Portability — request a copy in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;

9.1 We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, scripts, and local storage) to operate, secure, and improve the Services. These technologies help us understand user behavior, enable core features, and support optional analytics and marketing efforts.
9.2 Upon your first visit (and periodically thereafter), you may be presented with a cookie consent banner (CMP) allowing you to opt in to non-essential cookies such as analytics and marketing, where required by applicable law. Essential cookies are necessary for operation and cannot be disabled via the banner.

9.4.1 Essential Cookies. Required for the basic functioning and security of the Services, including session continuity, security protections, and core Website functionality.
9.4.2 Analytics Cookies. Help us understand how Users interact with the Website (page views, navigation flows, engagement) to improve Services. Activated only where permitted and/or where the User opts in.
9.4.3 Marketing Cookies. Support measurement of promotional campaigns and retargeting (e.g., LinkedIn or Meta), only where enabled and consented.
9.4.4 Functionality Cookies. Remember user preferences to enhance usability (where applicable).

9.5 Cookie Duration and Providers
9.5.1 Session cookies — expire when the browser is closed;
9.5.2 Persistent cookies — remain for a defined period (commonly 12–24 months) or until deleted.
9.5.3 We may use trusted third-party providers including: Google Analytics; Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram); LinkedIn Insight Tag; Email tools (e.g., Mailchimp / Customer.io or similar).

9.6 Control & Withdrawal. Users may delete or block cookies through browser settings at any time. Certain functionality may be affected.

10.1 We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data, including:
10.1.1 encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS);
10.1.2 secure data storage and access controls;
10.1.3 regular updates and vulnerability checks;
10.1.4 staff training on data protection practices.
