2.1.2 Registration & Participation Information. Conference registration status, ticket type (if applicable), time of registration, preferences submitted via forms, and any information required to provide access to the Conference and related resources.
2.1.3 Professional Information. Company name, job title, professional role, industry, and other professional information you voluntarily provide.
2.1.4 Networking Information (Opt-in Only). If the Services offer optional networking features and you explicitly opt in, we may collect and process professional and/or contact details you choose to share for networking purposes, such as: name, company, role/title, LinkedIn link, email address, and other information you provide for attendee networking.
2.1.5 Usage & Technical Data. Device type, IP address, browser type/version, operating system, session logs, cookie identifiers, referral URLs, time zone (where relevant), and interaction patterns.
2.1.6 Additional Information. Any other information you voluntarily submit through forms, surveys, or communications with our team, including preferences, feedback, and questions.
2.2 This data is used solely to operate and administer the Conference, deliver communications, provide support, improve the Services, ensure security, and enable optional networking features where consent is provided.
